Any matter entrusted to us by clients, which falls under any of the Practices of our office –Shipping, Banking & Project Finance, Insurance, Corporate, Air Law, Commodities & International Trade- can be the subject matter of either litigation or dispute resolution to be performed by us, following our clients’ respective instructions. We encourage amicable dispute resolution, always to the best of our clients’ interests.

We are one of the law offices of Piraeus and Athens who have strongly supported initially the institution of the “out-of-court settlement of a dispute” and thereafter the institution of mediation which is provided under Law 4640/2019 and we were the ones who in fact accomplished one of the first settlements ever reached under the above legal regimes.
