   Any matter entrusted to us by clients, which falls under any of the Practices of our office –Shipping, Banking & Project Finance, Insurance, Corporate, Air Law, Commodities & International Trade- can be the subject matter of either litigation or dispute resolution to be performed by us, following our clients’ respective instructions. We encourage amicable dispute resolution, always to the best of our clients’ interests.

We are one of the law offices of Piraeus and Athens who have strongly supported the institution of the “out-of-court settlement of a dispute” which is provided under the recently adopted rules of the Civil Procedure Law and we were the ones who in fact succeeded in reaching one of the first settlements under those rules.
