Mr. Stavros Kontopoulos

Mr. Stavros Kontopoulos has been, since his early years in the legal profession, a highly devoted to his work litigator, resulting to successful litigation for the clients of our office.

Specialized in the Law of the Air, he has been handling cases of major international aircraft manufactures in relation to their business projects and transactions in Greece.

In relation to the international trade of commodities, he has been offering his expertise to shippers, international traders and end users.

Mr. Stavros Kontopoulos further handles cases covering all different aspects of shipping law and he is, on a regular basis, attending vessels’ sale and purchase closings around the world.

A graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Athens and a post graduate (LL.M.) of the Law Faculty of the University of Bristol, Commercial Law, he joined the office in 1992 and became a partner in 1998.
