Ms Vicky Lambropoulou is a graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Athens. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1990. She joined our office in May 2014 as a partner.
She is a specialist in Shipping and Finance. She represents major Greek and international clients and her long practice includes sale and purchase of vessels and yachts, ship buildings projects, structuring of financing agreements and security packages, structuring of private equity funds and multinational shipping investment projects, settling and handling of maritime disputes.
Corporate law and Contracts also form an important part of her long practice and expertise, as she has been advising Greek and foreign clients and handling matters in connection with offshore and onshore sophisticated corporate structures, investment structures, estate and property planning and finance, merger and acquisition, establishment and operation of foreign companies in Greece.
